Manchester United players who could start against Blackburn Rovers

Three-nil up at the halfway stage against St Etienne in the Europa League, Man Utd boss, Jose Mourinho can afford to rest certain players ahead of next week's EFL Cup final chief among the lot is Ibrahimovic, the Swede talisman, 35 who has played 35 games so far this season is expected to be rested where Teenage prodigy, Marcus Rashford is expected to take up his place upfront but question on the lip of all is WILL HE TAKE HIS CHANCE? while Luke Shaw, another player who found first team place hard to come by this season is expected to feature. It is a worrying indictment for Luke Shaw that his United career could hinge on an appearance against Football League relegation fodder. If he is excluded from the Blackburn fixture then it is near impossible to envisage just when he might return to the team.
United could still play up to 26 games this season and Mourinho has 26 players to use over the next three-and-a-half months. Shaw, the natural left-back who cannot even make the bench, did not take his chance in a laboured performance against Wigan last month and desperately needs to perform - if picked - for the first time in three weeks. Marcos Rojo is maybe better posied to regain his first-team spot. Antonio Valencia with either Fonsuh-Mensah or Darmian expected to start and Paul Pogba who is yet to have a kick in the FA Cup can expect to be on the bench at best. Ander Herrera's suspension for St Etienne away might persuade Mourinho to retain him for the weekend
